Refried Beans

If you missed the Taco Bell refried beans deal, you might be interested in the Rosarita deal going on right now thru Tuesday at Albies. The 14.5 oz cans of refried beans are $1 each and get an Instant Savings of $4 when you spend $10. So 60 cents each when you buy 10 (or spend $10 on participating products). Still well below Costco's price of 82.4 cents per can. There may be more deals next week as they build up to Cinco de Mayo but I haven't heard yet. We should see the ads Monday evening at the latest. electrasol dishwashing tabs

Great deal at Safeway for electrasol dishwashing tabs. There are 2.50 off coupons out and these are included in the $10 back on $30 Living Well products at Safeway. Makes the cost 16 cents per 20ct. pack. This sale at Safeway is good until May 5th and is good for the powerball tabs and the gel pacs. I bought coupons on ebay for about .30 ea. With the price of the coupon included this works out to 2.30 per 100 tabs, well below Costco's sale price of around $8.00 per 100. Let me know if you want some q's, I ordered enough to share but will buy them all if no one else wants them. Have a great day!!

Costco price

Costco Huggies size 3 are 17 cents per after $4.50 current coupon and the size 4 are 19 cents per. Add 2 cents per if you don't have the coupon. I got some more Costco prices and will publish them soon so you (I) can compare other things as well. Have a great day!

Huggies update

Okay, so the price on costco.com includes shipping and handling. I am confident the Safeway price still beats Costco, but in the interest of accuracy, I will be stopping by the warehouse today to find the price at the store. Stay tuned......B

Good Deal Alert (GDA)

Huggies diapers large box are on sale at Safeway for 29.99 and are participating in Living Well, Feeling Great Promo (LWFG). Buy these and one small participating item as a filler (Mac-n-chz .59), use a $1.50 off coupon and it works out to about 13 cents per diaper for the size 3 and 14.5 cents per diaper for size 4. [According to their web site, Costco is about 20 per diaper for size 3 and 23 cents for size 4 after their current coupon. And of course you must buy the wipes also to use their coupon.]
Here is the math 29.99 +.59= 30.58 -1.50=29.08- 10.00 LWFG =19.08/144 = 0.13
Without the coupon below the cost raises by 1 cent per diaper, still a great deal IMHO.
This deal should be working until 5/05/09.

Here is the web site for the 1.50 coupon, you should be able to print two with each computer you have.

Deal of the Week

Good Afternoon,

Here is the deal I am doing this week. Ball Park franks are B1G1 at Safeway until Wednesday some of the varieties are participating in the Living Well $10 back when you spend $30. Some of the angus varieties have blue $1off peelies. It is a little tricky but I bought 12 packages of all angus beef franks for about $1. Here is the deal, you must buy 6 packages of the Angus Beef Franks Original (ABFO) and then 6 packages that have peelies on them. Also, you must buy one other participating item, I bought kraft mac n cheese @ .59 this is just a filler item to get you over the $30 mark. Then I scanned the packages alternating with ABFO first then the other variety one by one until all were scanned. I did it this way because every other variety comes up as 0 and only the ABFO count toward the Living Well deal. So here is the math $4.99 * 12=59.88 + .59 = 60.47 - 29.96 (B1G1) - $6 peelies = 24.51 - $10 Living Well On your next order coupon = 14.51 for 12 packages of Angus Beef Franks that's about $1.20 per package! I went to uscan and used the $1/2 catalina coupon (cat) that printed when I scanned my first package. We also used some other coupons that we had and some OYNO cats from previous purchases so our total came to 53 cents! The checker couldn't believe it! Jerry said, "Well, I guess we've got to pay for something!" Then when it printed the next $10 OYNO cat the checker just shook his head....

These are good hot dogs, they freeze well and are gluten free according to Celiac.com, (they do contain corn and MSG for those who need to avoid such things).

The UPC for the ABFO is 5450010137 make sure to take this number with you to compare and get the correct packages.

Let me know if you have any questions!

Hope this helps someone,
Blessings,
